DOT Lebanon is looking for a Communication Officer to support the implementation of the communications strategy, as well as provide input on the design, management and implementation of the DOT Lebanon and B.O.T communications and publication strategies. Promote public and media outreach to optimize the communication efficiency of both entities.

Perform any other task relevant to the job requirement.
Minimum. bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Journalism
Experience, Skills & Competencies, Knowledge
Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years in a communications, digital advertising, and social media marketing, Experience effectively communicating information and ideas in written and visual formats
Skills & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to train / coach interns and presentation skills: give presentations to any concerned person, Ability to cope and work under pressure
Knowledge: social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, etc.); graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, social media, and handling website back-ends
Communication: (Internal and External)
Internal: M&E Department, Field Staff, Project Manager, Operations Managers and Country Director.
External: Agencies, Partners, Suppliers, and Other.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Office work and frequent field visits all over Lebanon.
