ICT In-School Coaching :
Under the Developing Rehabilitation Assistance to Schools and Teacher Improvement (D-RASATI) project, the ICT in-school coaching is about building the capacity of school staff to maintain and effectively integrate technology into teaching and learning. 14 coaches are assigned to 26 pilot schools with an average of two schools per coach. Spending two to three days per week in each school these coaches will make sure to provide teachers with immediate, on-the-ground coaching on how to use ICT equipment and help them to prepare in-class digital content.
The pilot phase ends in June 2014. These three months of pilot coaching will inform the one year long continuous coaching that will be delivered along with the ICT equipment delivery starting September 2014.
