Under the DRASATI II program, and under the patronage of His Excellency the Minster of Education and Higher Education Mr. Elias Bou Saab, in coordination with the General Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) a Graduation ceremony was organized on 6 July 2015, from 11:00 to 13:00, at the UNESCO Palace to celebrate the achievements of the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) component, implemented in 126 public schools across Lebanon.
The event was attended by the US ambassadors with the head of mission and representatives from USAID, the Director General and representatives from MEHE, the Center for Educational Research and Development (CERD), Counseling and Guidance Department (DOPS), the Lebanese University’s Faculty of Education, UN agencies, and other donors.

TechWomen empowers the next generation of women leaders in technology. The program sends women from the MENA region to Northern California for mentorship. These women also take part in an exchange program in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area.
